Rental & Reservation Agreement
Payment secures your date and constitutes your agreement to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Ground Preparation (The "Soak" Rule)
To ensure a successful installation, you must soak your yard with a water hose for at least 3 hours prior to our arrival. We must insert up to 100 stakes into the ground; if the dirt is too hard to pierce, we cannot complete the setup.
  • Important: If the ground is not properly prepared, we reserve the right to cancel the installation without a refund. Please test your soil before we arrive.

2. Liability Waiver
By renting from Curb Celebrations, you agree to release the company and its representatives from any liability regarding injury or damage to persons or personal property during the rental period.

3. Rental Period & Logistics
  • Service: This is a rental only. Price includes delivery, setup, and pickup.
  • Timing: Setup occurs between 9:00 PM the night before and 9:00 AM the morning of your event date.
  • Extended Rentals: Additional days are subject to inventory availability and an extra fee.
  • Travel Fees: Setups outside our standard service area incur a mileage fee (ranging from $40–$65) based on the distance discussed at booking.

4. Non-Residential & Public Property
City and County ordinances prohibit signs in public rights-of-way. All signs must be placed on private property. It is the customer's responsibility to obtain the property owner's consent before we arrive.

5. Sign Care & Damage Fees
We take pride in our displays and ask that you treat them with care. To avoid replacement fees, please adhere to the following:
  • Do Not Move: Do not remove, move, or adjust signs. We handle all installations and removals.
  • No Attachments: Do not attach balloons, streamers, or string to the signs.
  • Safety: Do not allow children or guests to climb or play on the display.
  • Lawn Care: Please mow your lawn before installation. Do not mow or weed-eat around the signs once they are installed, as flying debris and blades cause permanent damage.
Replacement Fees:
  • Damaged/Missing Letter or Accent: $20 each
  • Damaged/Missing Stake: $10 each
  • Damaged Spotlight: $20 each

6. Safety & Access
  • Please keep pets indoors and provide gate codes/access instructions prior to arrival.
  • For night installations, leaving a porch light on is highly appreciated.
  • For safety and efficiency, we ask that you remain inside your home or business during the setup process.

7. Refunds & Cancellations
  • Cancellations: A $25 fee applies to any order canceled within 24 hours of the installation date.
  • Weather: If severe weather (hurricanes, lightning, tornadoes) or high winds make installation dangerous, we will issue a full refund or credit for a future booking.
  • Address Errors: We install at the "Shipping Address" provided during checkout. No refunds will be issued for setups at incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
